@nhannahjones Also that misrepresents the voter ID issue. If the ID is not free (which they usually aren't), then it's a poll tax.
@Cav_Patriot @nhannahjones You are absolutely incorrect.
@50megatonFbomb @Cav_Patriot @nhannahjones Name a state with voter ID requirements that doesn't have a free ID program
@3rdReeb @Cav_Patriot @nhannahjones Those programs usually require original or certified copies of birth certificates, which also cost money. If there was any clerical error, it costs money to fix.
@3rdReeb @Cav_Patriot @nhannahjones That's not moving the goal posts. If it costs money to get an ID, it's an issue. I don't even oppose voter ID; I oppose the bureaucratic hoops placed in front of getting acceptable forms of ID.
@50megatonFbomb @Cav_Patriot @nhannahjones It doesn't cost money to get an ID, which was what was said. Why in the world would you think black people don't have their birth certificate? Bigotry of low expectations is still bigotry.
@3rdReeb @Cav_Patriot @nhannahjones Did I mention Black people?
