@Vegas_AV_Ace I would’ve loved to but I would’ve gotten to Boston 4 hours too late.

I’m up all night anyway- this 6’5” guy had window seats booked so I could lean, of course the rebooking put me in the middle seats both legs. So not only do I not get to sleep tonight, I couldn’t sleep on the flight either. All nighter with a full workday tomorrow. @AmericanAir

Part 2. Tried to get something on my own for a couple hours- nothing available. Back to airport. @AmericanAir

TFW @AmericanAir is supposed to get you a hotel voucher because they drop you in DC instead of Boston, but when you land in DC, no one is there. Tried calling, no one available. Tried chatting, they said only onsite staff can help. #CX

Orange County to Boston on Delta cancelled, rebooked on American, American delayed, missed Dallas connection, now headed to DC for a 3.5 hour nap then back up at 4:00 am to get to airport and finally reach Boston tomorrow morning.

I think the airlines get their customer service desk training from the DMV or the post office…
