TFW @AmericanAir is supposed to get you a hotel voucher because they drop you in DC instead of Boston, but when you land in DC, no one is there. Tried calling, no one available. Tried chatting, they said only onsite staff can help. #CX

Part 2. Tried to get something on my own for a couple hours- nothing available. Back to airport. @AmericanAir
I’m up all night anyway- this 6’5” guy had window seats booked so I could lean, of course the rebooking put me in the middle seats both legs. So not only do I not get to sleep tonight, I couldn’t sleep on the flight either. All nighter with a full workday tomorrow. @AmericanAir
