@reinhurdler I’d love to know if you calculate the effect of a penalty from the previous down to the penalty result or from the negated play to the penalty result? So when a TD is negated do you subtract the TD or ignore the TD?
@denizselman33 Great question. I ignore the TD. I don’t think it is fair to assume that a play with an offensive hold would have resulted in a TD if the hold had not happened, for instance
@reinhurdler Thanks. I was guessing so! Eagles have had 6 TDs negated that they didn’t end up going on to score later in the drive. Would be curious how much rankings would change accounting for the negated plays.
