I went to the Springfield MA Wahlburgers restaurant over the weekend with my family. My son, who is 4 and has Angelman syndrome, was put in a booster seat placed on a chair. The booster seat instantly slipped off the chair and he fell on the ground causing his nose to bleed all

On the floor. I started yelling for napkins, no employee came to help, a customer ran over with her napkins for us. Never did an employee come over to ask if we were okay or needed anything while my special needs son was screaming and bleeding excessively.

We walked out with my son nose still bleeding and no compassion from the staff. I’m not looking for any handouts, just want to make it aware of the lack of compassion and help from the staff. We are heartbroken over what happened and sadly will never be returning. @JennyMcCarthy
