What possible interest does the Secretary of State have to appeal a statutory interpretation that allows voters to vote an extra day— which they initially believed was the law and which was permitted in the past? This is straight up voter suppression. They know better. #gapol

This is an important interpretation but it is not fundamental to election administration, and it in no way adversely affects the interests of the state. The only real consequence is the law is confirmed to ratify prior practice and voters have greater access to the polls.
@AnthonyMKreis @katharinekrat Accordingly @morningmika & @JoeNBC - Stop uplifting Brad as if he's a voting hero. He is not. Pls have him back on & ask why no Saturday voting? Why 4 weeks, knowing it will always interfere with Thanksgiving holiday?
@AnthonyMKreis They allowed it in 2020 11alive.com/article/news/v…
@AnthonyMKreis Victory! Gen Z, Georgia GOP tried to prevent students back home for Thanksgiving from voting on Saturday. They lost in court. Make them pay for their voter suppression efforts. Vote! @VotersTomorrow, @NextGenAmerica.
@AnthonyMKreis @HC_Richardson Doesn’t this deprive some municipal employees of their long weekend?
@AnthonyMKreis @staceyabrams Even though he went through some stuff, he is still a Trump supporter & voter suppression Republican
