You don't eat Calories & you don't burn Calories. An infinitesimal mass from the food you eat is converted to energy in your mitochondria. That energy can be measured in Calories. The 'weight' you want to lose is excreted- mostly as CO2. You hope it's fat. Anything else is BS.
This is definitely worth a listen. Grace @travelingenes is doing great work. She gets us hope for the next generation.

@BiggestComeback Yeah. Most people aren't too passionate about gravity: it just is. Nutrition is still a very young science with many vested interests and biases.

I get a huge rebound appetite the day after a big run or a race. The day of, my appetite is usually pretty low, and I probably don’t eat enough. The day after, it’s about playing “catch up.”
Haven’t had a grilled cheese in 6 yrs and never had one that was 100% carnivore until today. The “bread” is cheese, eggs and butter. I made them in 4x4” baking pans using my modified burger bun recipe. Recipe for buns ⬇️

@BiggestComeback @MohammedAlo @Haub_KSU Last hospital I worked at, a colleague drank diet coke all the time. She had a lot of extra weight (she would say herself) and went low carb, I want to say 20g max per day. She still drank diet coke all the time, it was her drink of choice, but she lost a *lot* of weight.
