➡️ Our staff team will be undergoing staff training this week. City Planning, Landmarks, Board of Zoning Appeals and Board of Building Standards and Appeals will be closed today from 3:45pm through all day tomorrow. We will open on Monday during normal business hours.
City Planning presented the new Zoning Appeals yard signs. The signs, which will include case information and a QR code, are a pilot program, designed to engage the public and support transparency.

Please note that the applicant for Gold Coast lofts withdrew their application for this Friday’s meeting. In addition, rather than a discussion on TOD (transit oriented development), we will provide an update to the Complete and Green Streets Policy.

Based on data, analysis & projections, we have the tools + knowledge needed to reduce traffic deaths by 75% in the next 30 years.
A combination of policy changes, modernized road designs, & advanced technologies exist and can be implemented now to save lives.
The next Planning Commission meeting will be Friday, August 5. Commission meetings are scheduled for the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month. In months where there is a 5th Friday, the Commission does not meet. See you next week!
