@briangerard13 @swandad @GCRTA Not everyone has a smartphone
@briangerard13 @swandad @GCRTA No not really. Technology is a privilege a lot of people don’t have access to. Also, phones run out of battery life. Having something like an electric sign is important.
@CLEforTransit @swandad @GCRTA No, really. People choose to carry a phone. Anyone can carry one. Everyone has access to it. People can manage their phone battery life. People can carry chargers. An electric sign is not important, millions travel on public transportation without using them.
@briangerard13 @swandad @GCRTA A public transit system should have signs to make sure everything is accessible for everyone. Things happen with phones, having a sign is not a huge ask 🤷🏽♀️
@CLEforTransit @swandad @GCRTA normative Public transit has an obligation to be fiscally responsible
@briangerard13 @swandad @GCRTA AND accessible 💜💜
@CLEforTransit @swandad @GCRTA really and an unnecessary electric sign has no impact
@briangerard13 @swandad @GCRTA Maybe FOR YOU but others could benefit from it.
