Donald Trump is indicted. SO NOW WHAT? Donald J. Trump is expected to undergo the standard felony arrest processing in New York, including being fingerprinted, photographed, and potentially handcuffed, Armed agents of the United States Secret Service, who are required by law to protect him at all times, will accompany him throughout the process. It may take several days for Mr. Trump to appear in court, as the indictment must be handed up and negotiations between prosecutors and his defense lawyers typically occur before surrender. After he is arraigned, he will likely be released on his own recognizance, as the charges are expected to be nonviolent felonies. Trump plans to use the charges to rally his base, but he may refuse to surrender. In the unlikely event he doesn’t appear in New York, a battle may brew in his now home town in Florida. If New York prosecutors seek Mr. Trump's extradition, Florida governor Ron DeSantis would have to choose between authorizing an arrest warrant for Trump and potentially facing legal action or attempting to aid his Republican rival. We’ll be watching very closely and will update you at every turn!
@CalltoActivism Lolololololol...🤣😂
@CalltoActivism Trump should not have secret service. Why do we protect a terrorist? Will secret service go to jail with him?
@CalltoActivism DeSantis just released a statement and said he will not assist with extradition if Trump doesn't appear in court.
@CalltoActivism So DeSantis just sided with trump and will not extradite, if necessary. Then what??
@CalltoActivism I guess Donald Trump finally found his votes .....The Grand Jury Votes 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@CalltoActivism Someone pointed out he won't be able to campaign lmao and leave Floriduh
@CalltoActivism LOL, Do the Secret Service have to follow him around the prison?
@CalltoActivism He needs to be stripped of SS protection when he’s convicted of a Felony.
@CalltoActivism Isn’t he a flight risk? And given the vitriol of his social media posts and press releases he has to be considered a threat. Bail should be denied or at least a considerable cash amount.
