I’m sorry, I didn’t realise that was the case a) with the mags and b) that’s how things are in London. In my area we tend to know circuit csl and manage our own calls/emails. I can only hope the manager of court gets to hear and deals with it, it’s clearly not isolated.

I have a few of people I appear in front of regularly, but I won’t know who is sitting that day until I actually get to court (unlike in the CC, we don’t get the judge details on listings)
