The weaponization of the legal system to advance a political agenda turns the rule of law on its head. It is un-American. The Soros-backed Manhattan District Attorney has consistently bent the law to downgrade felonies and to excuse criminal misconduct. Yet, now he is stretching the law to target a political opponent. Florida will not assist in an extradition request given the questionable circumstances at issue with this Soros-backed Manhattan prosecutor and his political agenda.
@GovRonDeSantis You should have made this announcement two weeks ago when Trump went public. Now you're sinking in the polls and have no choice. What a politician!
@GovRonDeSantis You didn’t say this when Michael Cohen went to Prison
@GovRonDeSantis You mean holding criminals accountable? Don’t forget a grand jury - every day people - chose to indict him.
@GovRonDeSantis You don't know the charges. You don't know the facts. You don't know anything. You sure know how to whistle to anti-semitic white supremacists, though.
@GovRonDeSantis "The Extradition Clause in the US Constitution requires states, upon demand of another state, to deliver a fugitive from justice who has committed a "treason, felony or other crime" to the state from which the fugitive has fled." So you won't follow the Constitution?
@GovRonDeSantis There is no weaponization, Ron, Donald Trump is a criminal. And he’s being treated like one.
@GovRonDeSantis Couldn’t resist the anti-Semitic “Soros-backed” bit, huh?
@GovRonDeSantis The Secret Service doesn't take orders from you, Governor Meatball.
@GovRonDeSantis "Soros-backed" twice, wow, you must really be serious!
@GovRonDeSantis All this from a governor who has not seen the indictment or a single piece of evidence used to support it. Talk about a political agenda....
