@FlyFrontier Don’t fly Frontier. This airline is horrible. They charge for everything you bring on the plane. They have no customer service and they have a habit of canceling confirmed boarding passes without notice and charge you double at the counter for a new boarding pass. They suck.

@FlyFrontier My flight was at 05/12/23 @5:46 pm. On the 05/12/23 I received 3 texts delaying my flight almost 7 hours. I had to rebook a hotel and Uber . I can’t see at night so my purpose of booking the flight at 5:46pm on 05/12/23 was completely tarnished.

@FlyFrontier (2/2) My bags on the next flight to leave for BWI at 1:40, I called at 1pm to verify and was told that I told the employee to HOLD MY BAG AT ATL, so im stuck for another day without my belongings. DO NOT FLY FRONTIER!!!

@FlyFrontier Don't fly frontier. They had an issue at their ATL terminal where someone did not load my bag onto my flight so when i returned home at MIDNIGHT there was no one there for me to call to ask about my belongings. Upon calling back the next day, they said they would have (1/2)

@FlyFrontier We did get wild experience of being yelled at and being abused!! Disgusting!!

@FlyFrontier Frontier iOS kept crashing on me when I was trying to cancel my flights. I am refused a credit to the original payment because that exceeded more 24 hours and asking for a proof. Provided the screenshot, their response was that should I contacted them via another means. Really?

@FlyFrontier You know what isn’t boring? Planning a vacation and finding out at check on that your airline cancelled your boarding pass after you checked in on line and doubling the price of your ticket at the counter. This airline is horrendous and the don’t have any customer service reps.
