2 months agoHCA recently held a planting event with the 1st Dundas Cub and Scout group. This tree plating was funded by the Great Lakes Protection Initiative. This is a restoration planting in an area where HCA has been working to remove Phragmites and invasive plant species.

2 months agoHCA staff worked togehter to remove invasive species, Common Buckthorn, Multiflora Rose and Privet, in the Dundas Valley. Removal of invasive species helps create space for native species to grow and allowing biodiversity to thrive.
