I got an atmospheric water generator — I can’t really justify it, but it is neat to be able to channel my inner Tatooine moisture farmer and pull drinking water out of the air.
@ID_AA_Carmack I'm curious as all get out.. what are the tubes at the bottom? are they adding in minerals? or are they filters? Also, what does the water taste like? I know that may seem like a funny question, but, do you notice a difference vs like tap water, or bottle water?
@00Core00 I’m not very sensitive to water taste; It taste fine to me. It has multiple stages of activated charcoal filters, reverse osmosis filter, and a mineralization stage for taste. It is basically a food-safe dehumidifier plus a water purifier plus a hot/cold water fountain.
@ID_AA_Carmack I appreciate the answer; the reason I asked is b/c I can pick up on the difference between different bottle water. From lackluster to quality, so I was kinda curious if it was at the same quality as Fiji water or something.
@ID_AA_Carmack @00Core00 Ha! I was gonna make a “it’s a dehumidifier!” crack.
@ID_AA_Carmack @00Core00 Interesting! What is the cost of this machine? And the energy consumption? Quite curious about it! Thanks! 🤓
