Mini me DeSantis’ decision to get refugees on to planes and buses by false promises it turns out is an old racist trick. In the early 1960s other racists tricked Black Americans to get on buses to go to northern cities using the same tactics. Nothing changes for hateful bigots

Is DeSantis a closet liberal and pro-immigrant? He is helping to relocate refugees around the country. He just needs to give them some money to resettle. He is also helping the Venezuelans get U visas by potentially being involved in criminal activity in Texas. Thanks mini me.

Refugees. Tough to criticize Biden giving 125,000 refugee admissions for FY 2023 when Trump gave 18k and little Stevie Miller was at zero,BUT there are hundreds of thousands of approved apps.If we could give 325,000 adjustments to Chinese students post-Tiananmen we can give more.

Federalist Trump Judges. There were reports that the Federalist Society had training sessions for new federal judges.The curriculum must have included judges reaching every unnecessary issue they can to make bad immigration law.Look at Rivera Vega or some Van Dyke ops in 9th Cir.

PD guidance ended locally by ICE/OPLA today. But why? Afraid of Judge Tipton, OPLA/DOJ have consistently misread Tipton’s vacatur. It is based solely on Alito’s mania for mandatory detention under 236(c) and 241(a)(5). All other PD is valid especially after the MPP decision.

MagaCourt strikes back. Today the Maga Justices allowed Texas to decide when the federal gov can exercise prosecutorial discretion by refusing to stop the order that ended Biden’s discretion. It’s all bad. Even the issues on cert. Now states decide immigration policy.

ICE DIRECTIVE 10064.3. Helps noncitizen parents/legal guardians of minors and incapacitated adults. No longer stranding kids and picking up, detaining and deporting parents. ICE must ensure alternative care and many other requirements. No more Trump tactics Elections matter.

Big win for immigrants in the 6th circuit in Arizona v Biden. Even Federalist Judge Sutton couldn’t stomach the stupidity of Arizona and Montana claiming that Biden’s prosecutorial discretion in immigration harmed those states or that the “shall” detain mania of Alito mean must.

#theocracourt. Today in the Bremerton School District case the magacourt once again discards a 50 year old precedent in Lemon v Kurtzman, acts like a pol. organ, and virtually erases the Establishment Clause protecting us from an official religion. Medieval Christianity reigns.

Purging immig courts. Anti-immigrants whining about certain IJs not being kept beyond their probation period is hilarious. AG Ashcroft purged all liberal judges from the BIA and then illegally appointed IJs. Barr scoured the sitting IJs with the worst records to put on the BIA
