According to Pelosi, it is an active good when extraordinarily privileged and wealthy athletes in the United States kneel for the national anthem, but our athletes should remain silent in China. Insane on a moral level. Unforgivable in terms of foreign policy.

China has cracked down on Hong Kong, committed a genocide against Uyghurs, and unleashed a pandemic on the world that has killed millions of people. And the whole world sent their athletes to Beijing for the Olympics as if nothing happened.

China unleashed covid from a lab, lies about it to the rest of the world, and now the entire globe shows up for the Winter Olympics in Beijing. This is one of the greatest acts of cowardice in my life. Pathetic on all accounts. The entire world should be ashamed.
