@JayShettyIW I think giving yourself internal energy is the best way👍just the high 5 habit might be effective and you can talk to yourself about the long term gains of your work and that is enough to give you energy for your whole day😍💪
@JayShettyIW I normally like exercising for around 3minutes.I make sure it's an exercise that can get my heart pumping.Then I take shower and dive into meditation for 10 minutes. That leaves me calm and ready to start the day.
