I’m trying to learn how to lucid dream. Any suggestions?
@JimBelushi You have to trigger your brain. While awake, double check all clocks whenever you check the time. Once this becomes impulsive you will try to do it in your dreams. In dreams often times it will be wildly different time or utter nonsense, making you realize you are in a dream
@JimBelushi Remind yourself sometimes throughout the day, and especially right before bed that you can control your dreams. It helps me to use a specific thing, ie: "I can fly when I'm dreaming". You can also tell yourself that you know when you're dreaming. Put your head in the mindset to/

@JimBelushi One method I use. I do some hard work, sports before sleep, so I am really tired. I relax for about 5 minute, saying to myself, I will realize, I dream. Then I take very fast a cold, strong coffee and go to sleep. Once in lucid state, I try #obe/#oobe techniques. #satoshin

@JimBelushi Take 3 grams each glycine and l-tryptophan and 500mg of magnesium with a high glycemic carbohydrate before bed.
