ADHD Organization Advice So my therapist and I have been trying a bunch of different tricks to help me get organized. One of the things I’ve grown to love is having a bunch of medium/small boxes that are organized by task or location task is done.
Think night time routine, morning routine, make-up box, hair styling box, work box, gaming box, etc. I love it because if I’m having a difficult brain day, I can easily dump the chaos of doing a particular task into one bin and store it away for later.
@JoelleMonique Please don't laugh at me if this is a stupid question but do you mean physical boxes? I've gone through all the tasks on my project management app and categorized them by location so I can look at them that way. But physical boxes might help some stuff too...
@JoelleMonique Love it! My bathroom counter right now is a disaster of "all my hair/makeup/skincare stuff" because if it's in a cabinet it doesn't exist. Cute counter top bins might be a perfect solution!
