They stay cool in the van while we work. We keep it open when we are working outside, there is water, a spot to nap and cool breezy shade.
Good morning. Im getting the coffee on before heading out for a walk. She's waiting for me, somewhat patiently.
The trellis for growing pumpkins/gourds this year is coming together. Looking forward to growing them vertically, its always such a jungle of vines on the ground. Gonna grow corn and sunflowers here too this year. Garm and Grim are helping, not in the way at all as you can see 😅
Sassafras flowers :) my big ole colony of Sassafras have expanded and I have some beautiful young trees this year in a spot outside the woods which is nice. They are among my favorite trees. In the autumn they are 😙🤌
Pops givin lil Daddy's Girl Grim her goats milk and eggs for breakfast. These two 🙄 That little kiss she gave him tho 🥰
Hope you didn't forget to set your sundials today! If you missed it, 15 June is the next time to set it to be sure you get an accurate read, you know, just in case the time on your mobile stops working 😉
He is ever so slightly possessive of his toys 😬 The first face is his "MINE." face. The second face is the knowing the "Aus!" (out command) is coming so The Griminal can have her toy back. Grumbling all the while...
He likes to rest his head on the coffee table. Looks like hes planning on napping there. Have a nice evening everyone.
Wonderful critters :) There are a ton of tadpoles. The ponds are nice and healthy. Fish are doing great today, lots of activity in the water.
Some of the fish we restocked the ponds with today. These are Rosy Minnows and Triploid Grass Carp. The carp are great, they keep things like duck weed at bay. In our ponds we have Bass, Mosquito Fish, Bluegill and Channel Catfish. I just need the Great Blue Heron to stay out! 😆
