Pfizer's CEO said last week their Omicron-variant vaccine is already being manufactured and "will be ready in March". Yet the clinical trials don't even begin until the end of this month. Something's not adding up. healthline.com/health-news/pf…
@KevinKelton2 How do you run trials without a quantity of vaccine?
@PootDibou Pfizer said their vaccine will be ready in March, not, "ready for trials in March". I thought manufacturing came after clinical trials, not before. The trials start the end of January; do you think all this can be done safely in 4-6 weeks?...
@KevinKelton2 "We [are] already starting manufacturing some of these quantities at risk." cbsnews.com/amp/news/covid… This is EXACTLY what happened under Trump. They ordered lots of vaccine in the event that the trials went okay. At the time, they could immediately roll it out, workout waiting.
@KevinKelton2 President Donald J. Trump: (10:56) My administration provided a total of $14 billion to accelerate vaccine development and to manufacture all of the top candidates in advance, long in advance. rev.com/blog/transcrip…
@KevinKelton2 Trump: “If authorized, tens of millions of vaccine doses will be available this month and we’ll get it distributed very quickly.”

@PootDibou It's not looking good. Let's see what they do with those 100 million doses. timesofisrael.com/israeli-trial-…
