I don't think there is a word in the English language that fully encapsulates just how evil this is.

@KyleKashuv Who else remembers when one of the arguments against socializing healthcare was that death panels would be used as cost savings? I remember when they said it would never happen and that death panels were laughable. Inb4 "actually its not technically a death panels per se"
