Earth Day Tip: A good way to reduce the plastic bottle waste that's harming the planet is to stop drinking the sugary poison inside of them that's harming your body. If you don't buy it, you can't throw it away. Win:Win
We need to stop calling premature, preventable, and lifestyle related causes of death "natural." The way we've become accustomed to people dying 30-40 years too early is not natural at all.
Soul Food. Because the sooner I can f*ck this body up, the sooner I can live as a Soul. I assume that's how it started based on how many people it kills prematurely.
They got us out here worrying about how many calories are in the food instead of paying attention to how many chemicals are in it.
Those observing a fasting season & giving up indulgences in the name of religion who lose weight, feel better, and feel restored; shall not blame or call upon religion to heal, rejuvenate, or remove the conditions you get back when you start eating that bullshit again.
I'd rather you hate me and get better than for you to like me and stay the same (or get worse).
I'd rather be around questions that can't be answered than answers that can't be questioned.
You don't choose your health and fitness, you choose your habits. Your habits will choose your health and fitness.
I see posts and memes talking about "people in their 30's and 40's" being sore and struggling move like they used to. No TF I ain't. Don't blame that on age, that's inactivity catching up with you.
The question shouldn't be, "Did you see us at halftime?" It should be how do we monetize and grow off of that brand equity. Or will it fade into the social media archives, only to be reshared next superbowl as a memory?

Anyone who had the resolution of weight loss on their list for 2024, scratch it off. It's not the weight you want to lose. It's your ways. Resolve to stop doing what you know is bad 1 thing at a time: fast food, soda, chips, skipping workouts, blaming your genetics, etc.
I'd rather fit lifting 100 extra pounds for an hour a day into my schedule than carrying it around on me for 24. Choose your hard.
