Well, that was a saga. Tuesday, took my friend to appointment, paid for parking (£12) and then hospital cancelled it 7 minutes before. I think generally, yes Michael cocked up, but there's a larger question as to why MSPs are running around with phones that are completely uncapped when abroad and are therefore able to get to the point of an £11K bill. That's an administration cockup!
