@MiamiBeachPD Thanks for telling us what intersection to avoid .
@MiamiBeachPD Oh joy. Checkpoints. We recommend liberty-loving travelers to excercise caution upon entering this third world city.
@MiamiBeachPD At any time you may request a supervisor. Who will more than likely back cop bs, bt hopefully they back their oath. ALWAYS RECORD. Even before you get to the checkpoint. Also you dnt hv to submit to any sobriety test. They cnt make you. Just know your rights! Use or loose them!
@MiamiBeachPD Know your rights! Got ?s. @JMAudits is another former LEO whos amazing at teaching everyday people our rights. & Safe ways to interact with LEO. Know your rights. Yall do all this talk abt "patriotism" & cnt articulate simple constitutional liberties we all have. Patriot how? 😒
@MiamiBeachPD Know your rights. Don't answer any questions. Most of these checkpoints (if not all) are constitutionally illegal. I'm not suggesting not to comply. Just know your rights. Don't let them make you feel like you have to do something because they're asking and ordering.
@MiamiBeachPD In Fla you also do not have to roll your window down. They can ask but it's not a lawful order and you can refuse. Just like you can ask for their gun, & they can refuse. You don't have to give them your docs. The law says present them. Meaning you can hold them up visibly.
@MiamiBeachPD We don’t need more traffic backing us up!!!!
@MiamiBeachPD Smart…..telling everyone who is drinking and driving where not to go
