Rebuilds usually happen when a new staff comes in Year 1. JMD and Ziegler tried to go all-in with a team that came off a 10-7 season. It didn’t work. Some people like to use semantics, but it’s a #Raiders rebuild in Year 2 under this regime with a CRUCIAL draft coming up.

@MoeMoton Same thing happened with Gruden. He shipped Mack and lost the whole team before the season started then traded cooper mid season. It took three years to have an even season and he was having a great fourth year but we know what happened to that season.
@MoeMoton It’s a “competitive rebuild”, not the best way to build a team but I think the FO has probably little choice. The best thing to do is rip the bandaid off and have a hard reset this year, but ownership, core players, media and fanbase would not stand for it lol.
@MoeMoton but they were so sure…🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣rebuild a plyoff team?
@MoeMoton This would be different if the coach was a winner. He is not. He has ruined one team and I fell he is already tuning ours
@MoeMoton I got the tweet. However, they had a good cap and depleted it while making the team worse. Yes, they now have a lot of picks, but the majority of those pics are in the later rounds.
@MoeMoton Letting Perryman and Ya Sin walk when defense is already bad isn’t reassuring they can manage those picks
@MoeMoton Then why keep Adams?!? He isn’t young, is very expensive, wants to win NOW, and could still fetch a 1st round pick! I’d rather have Tae and a competent FO/HC but we don’t. Why put him through this?
