.@Space_Station crew members are safe and will scrub their schedules for today in order to focus on recovery efforts following the unexpected loss of attitude caused by the Russian Nauka module's thrusters firing. The station is back in attitude control and is in good shape.
@NASA @Space_Station When the situation becomes off nominal the crew is trained and is there to do the work that needs to be done. Space is hard people. Well@done to everyone from @roscosmos @esa @NASA @JAXA_en @csa_asc
@NASA @Space_Station Will this have any effect on the Starliner launch?
@NASA @Space_Station Something tells me this will kaibosh #Starliner #OFT2 due for Friday (tomorrow). #Nauka #NASA
@NASA @Space_Station #Nauka is such a shit disturber. It's been a problem child from the get go. Why can't NASA/ROSCOSMOS adopt the simple and safest principle of life: when it doubt, leave it out! #ISS
@NASA @Space_Station Would be useful to know why the Russians fired their thrusters ?
@NASA @Space_Station Omg I was right when I said it was a hard landing, you could see the resonance in the panels
