Legit question since it happened with Wayne Gretzky in Hockey: If Tom Brady does retire this offseason [or whenever he does], should the Hall of Fame waive the standard 5-year waiting period and allow him to walk in right away?
He's the best QB in sports history, had best career
This has nothing to do with the Pat McAfee show, but @AaronRodgers12 decision to open up on a weekly basis has done tremendous damage to his image and reputation. Previously he was mostly a reclusive character that people found likeable.
He's now universally disliked.
Patrick Mahomes is 8-2 in his playoff career:
🚫 0-2 vs Tom Brady
✅ 8-0 vs all other starting QBs
The only other time Brady was eliminated before the conference championships in Mahomes’ career was in 2019 ... the season he and the @Chiefs won Super Bowl LIV
Rob Gronkowski says that he will retire today if he's forced to make a decision about his future, via @TMZ
"If they're like, 'Rob, you've got to decide right now, right this second if you're playing next year,' "I would be like, 'No, I'm not playing.'"
I grew up watching Tony and Mike on @PTI - it's not always perfect but they're still my go to basically an "official" take on what's happening in the sports world.
Here are their thoughts on Aaron Rodgers choking against the #49ers
@SneakyJoeSports Actually Elway will probably the last guy to do it. The Broncos were winning a lot of games with [despite of?] Tim Tebow in 2011, but Elway saw him at practice every day and he knew he can't really play QB, can't pass.. so he got rid of him after winning a playoff game to upgrade
Jimmy Garoppolo's record when he doesn't throw a touchdown 9-2.
Jimmy Garoppolo's playoff record when he doesn't throw a touchdown 3-0.
The #49ers are clearly winning despite of him. Have to ask yourself how long it will last.
