@NatGeo Another example of the cuteness bias! We will bend over backwards to save something like a panda, which is kind of an evolutionary dead end and takes a tremendous amount of effort and money, but ignore many species that are crucial to ecosystems because they are “ugly” or “gross”
@NatGeo Same with viruses If we try to enhance some creatures to be strong against some diseases, it will bad for the ecobalance Bruh.. Our solution is to reduce the global human population. Not to make ourselves stronger and stronger and leave other creatures behind
