So what are your thoughts on a company with a decent amount of employees are loyal 20+ year veterans? And what the rest if the staff is under 5 yrs. What is the outside perception here? Does that Gap scare you? Is this a 🚩 #AVinTheAM #avtweeps

@chris_neto Maybe the company began to grow considerably in the last 5 years and this is a by product. Side note, inter generational management is a real thing. #AVintheAM
@Nick_JAV_FCI I agree. Even more so as the next generation enters the workforce. Its inprecidented to see this many generations the mix.
@chris_neto @Nick_JAV_FCI People used to retire … With inflation, consistent cost of living skyrocketing (but not wages), cuts to pensions and employer-tied healthcare, people can’t or are afraid of retiring Which means the elderly sit in top spots making money and bottle necking career growth
@MikeSlamer @chris_neto @Nick_JAV_FCI Can't lose sight of the fact that people are living long and will have to stay in the workforce longer. Can't work for 40 years and live off the fruits for another 40.
@TimothyTroast @MikeSlamer @chris_neto Demographics have shifted just as life spans increase. The traditional model of retire at 65 worked well when the average person lived to 70. Working longer hasn't been normalized yet but it will...even in France
