Aaron Rodgers, Peyton Manning and Dan Marino—three of the greatest throwers of the football ever—have combined to win three Super Bowls. That’s less than Terry Bradshaw (4). The NFL is clearly the ultimate team game and that’s why it’s, by far, the most popular American sport.
Having an all-time great QB is a massive double-edged sword. Fair or not, championships are expected. Even when all evidence says not to expect that. However franchises without an all-time great QB can still win it all. That fact should bring Packers fans hope for the future.
Anyone can win almost any year. Don’t give in to the people saying the Packers are doomed for an era of under-achieving. Maybe! Maybe not! The beauty of the NFL is that literally no one knows a damn thing, but we do all know the entertainment value will remain otherworldly.
@PackersHistory1 If the Packers can get a good game manager after Rodgers to come in and spread the ball around they will have a chance as long as the team remains good. That doesn’t mean I’m ready to see Rodgers go though.
@PackersHistory1 To prove your point, Trent Dilfer and Brad Johnson both have rings, welp..
