@HamiltonFireDep and Municipal Law Enforcement have additional staff this Victoria Day long-weekend to ensure families stay safe and comply with by-laws for the sale/use of fireworks. Set off and dispose of fireworks safely to minimize risk of fire and burns. (1/7)
Family fireworks can only be discharged on private property between dusk and 11:00 PM on Victoria Day and Canada Day (or in case of inclement weather, during the same time period on the day immediately following each holiday), in accordance with the Fireworks By-law. (2/7)
