Wichitas wording for Saturday has me concerned, but it could also be slightly bullish. I can’t say I disagree with them though given the synoptics of this storm system. If NWS Wichita coordinates w/ the SPC and other NWS offices and they agree, a D3 MDT could be possible.

SPC has done a rare upgrade on Day 3. We have an enhanced risk of severe storms in the Oklahoma Panhandle as well as Southern Kansas and the eastern panhandle of Texas. SPC mentions very large hail up to 3”, along with tornadoes that could be strong to intense.

Minds well say Iran and Israel are officially at war with each other. Iran launched a wave or two of drones and rockets towards Israel. This all is happening due to Israelis attack on an Iranian consulate in the Middle East.

I’m getting worried about what might happen Monday and even Tuesday across the central US. Really concerned we’re gonna see some violent supercells producing really horrific weather. I’m hoping I’m wrong but we have to be on our guard in case this happens.

Honestly don’t know why NOLA schools were in session today at all. Especially on a high end severe and flood event. I pray that these kids are okay and they launch an investigation into this because this is infuriating and disheartening.
