This is a scientific fact: The vaccine does not prevent you from getting an infection. It doesn’t prevent you from transmitting an infection, and for young people, there isn’t significant evidence that shows it reduces the severity or the hospitalization. libertytree.com/randpaul/3535
@RandPaul 1. Why do you expect anyone to believe a word you say when you go to Canada for surgery and not stay in the US for it? #2. Have you been vaccinated for MMR and Polio?? If so, guess what…you are wrong.
@RandPaul The what did all of the other vaccines do that virtually eliminated polio, and the measles. I guess it was just a random fluke that those started to disappear when the vaccine came out right? No scientific evidence at all they are related to each other right?
@RandPaul Says the self certified eye doctor who went to the Capitol with a full blown case of pre vaccine coronavirus swam in the pool and lunched with octogenarian Senators.
@RandPaul The vaccine strengthens the immune system such that it responds more rapidly to the virus. On a population level, vaccination keeps people healthier. Why is Rand Paul against that?
@RandPaul You're leaving out one important FACT concerning the vaccine...it may not prevent you from catching the virus, but it certainly saves you from dying from it. Please stop taking information out of context.
@RandPaul This is scientific fact: The vaccine significantly reduces your odds of getting an infection. It significantly reduces the odds of transmitting an infection to the people around you, including your loved ones. And COVID causes lasting organ damage that can plague you for life.
@RandPaul There's over a dozen other vaccines required in the military.
