Snow is falling in Waukesha but melting on contact, should be ok with just wet main freeways for the commute home, but likely some slick spots here and there on less traveled roads away from the lake.

Today's record high is 63, which ended a 3 day streak of record breaking warmth from 1998. While we're not quite that warm, it sure feels nice out with some of us already at 50!

I thought it was cold yesterday but today's fun fact is a frigid one!

Temps at freezing never felt so good! And the best part is even our lows will hover close to freezing throughout the 7 day forecast while most afternoons are in the 40s. #readywx

Winds will turn southwest which will start to bring temps up through the night but those speeds will also be up... temps stick in the 20s overnight so at least we can bank on steady temps now through tomorrow morning.

Officially 1.1" of snow yesterday in Milwaukee...along with our 3.3" snowfall on Halloween we sit over 4" this season - almost double where we need to be. Not much wet weather in the days ahead, but one chance does arrive over the weekend... details on the timing at 4pm @CBS58
