I'm just as concerned with Twitter's out-in-the-open bias that's baked into the terms of service. By treating anything but affirmation of radical gender ideology as "hateful conduct," Twitter shuts down debate on that topic. You're only safe if you're silent or supportive.
You don't have to attack anyone or call for violence to get banned under the current rules. The statement of a reasonable viewpoint like "I believe Rachel Levine is a man" violates the policy against misgendering. Sincerely held, factually accurate beliefs are still prohibited.
@SethDillon I get a hunch that Twitter is not the only tech company guilty of censoring conservatives.
@SethDillon @Jami_USA If you think about it, the terms of service are evidence of Twitter’s homophobia (in the denotative sense of the word). They were — and perhaps still are — so afraid of offending the LGBTQ crowd that they do everything to insulate them from criticism or accountability.
@SethDillon @stillgray Alphabet Mafia rulz all.
@SethDillon This statement is not inaccurate
@SethDillon It's basically a religion then, with their own miracle (man can be woman) you have to believe, or face excommunication.
@SethDillon Maybe mention this to @elonmusk Seth
@SethDillon The issue is integrity not legality. Clearly a privately owned platform has the right to bar commentary it disfavors. Whether that be swear words or words of support for Trump. Their house, even if duplicitous. People can sue civilly if they feel personally defamed.
@SethDillon Yes, and this compliance requirement spread like a virus to real life as well...'stay quiet' or be cast out.
