@Skype explain this to me - I had a video call yesterday, for almost 3 hours, which I absolutely recorded - yet only the last 12 seconds have been saved into the chat history!!! WHY? Where has everything else gone???

@Skype Personal Usage. Don't recall this ever happening before. No changes have been made recently.
