Patrick Graham's Defense forced 15 interceptions, 12 forced fumbles, and 34 sacks. BUT - They finished 23rd in pts allowed, 21st in yards allowed, and 25th in rushing yards allowed.
He has 12 years of NFL experience including 6 years on Bill Belichick's staff. He's a graduate of Yale.
@steeIernation I wonder how many short fields his defenses inherited from their offense
@steeIernation Sounds right on par with the way the Steelers defense has been playing….get a real candidate for heavens sake
@steeIernation Those later stats tell more about how often they had to be on the field because of poor offence then it does of his play calling. He’ll have much more to work with defensively in Pittsburgh if he joins the staff
@steeIernation That means that his defense was good on first and second down but abysmal on third down.
@steeIernation Not sure how I feel about him tbh
@steeIernation He's a fine coordinator but there are absolutely better out there (Fangio). It all comes down to whether Tomlin pushes his pride aside to help the team, something he's been unwilling to do as of late. He's too good of a coach to be hiring these bum assistants like he has of late.
@steeIernation Of course! With that offense, they stayed on field. No way they hold the same rythim. Just like us
