Under the weather (not the Rona).
The good news? It's an excuse to have a hot toddy.
@merrittk This was a Canadian memory I had completely forgotten about
@chadsapieha Ugh, sorry to hear that. It's not fun at any level.

A: They help with the symptoms but it's more or less the same
Q: How about air conditioning?
A: That too
Q: Can you drink/eat cold things?
A: Yes, thankfully that's one area I don't struggle with, but I know of others who can't
Q: How did you survive in Canada with this?
A: It kicked in when I turned 27, so it was relatively new
Q: Is there any treatment?
A: Move somewhere warm
Q: Does this affect you holding cold objects?
A: Yep, preparing meals and holding cold glasses causes me pain and makes me ill.
Q: How about swimming?
A: Can't do it unless it's a heated pool and I need to be able to dry off immediately as water lowers your ability to regulate
