Boy South Carolina gets a friendly whistle. The ladies from Maryland didn’t stand a chance.
@TheMopLady those last two calls on Meyers were something
@TheMopLady Not sure SC is as good as people think. The refs are heavily in their favor.
@TheMopLady Getting pretty use to that. It's pretty sad and one of our Big10 refs was doing her share to get the Big10 schools eliminated. Only Iowa got the fair officiating in the elite 8 for the three Big10 schools and that's because the media wanted SC and Iowa matchup!
@TheMopLady Now the refs have it hard. Will the whistle be friendly for South Carolina or for Caitlin Clark?
@TheMopLady The last call on Meyers was bad but bad calls were going both ways earlier…. not that the ladies from Maryland stood a chance in the long run anyway. I am still upset we aren’t seeing an Indiana/S Carolina matchup.
@TheMopLady None... at 7:38 mark in 3Q espn did a clip outta break to show Boston's 'defensive prowess' ... color was like 'okay yea, that's a foul' after a very clearly obvious foul zero doubt talent and coaching is absolutely top shelf but GOODNESS the friendly whistle makes them tough
@TheMopLady Refs let teams get away with too physical play, when teams start to commit offensive fouls regularly they usually get away with it
@TheMopLady I understand that they need to sell tickets, but man does it stink that the regional is in their backyard. 4 straight home games to get to the final four is quite the advantage
