@TravelGov My payment Was processed February 23. I have looked on the online portal several times and tried to call. I cannot get any answer when I try to call and there is no information in the online portal. Please advise if my payment has been processed does that mean there is no problem
@TravelGov Hi, sent passport in for expedited mail renewal and it’s been 4 weeks, check was cashed 3 weeks ago, and when I check status online it still says status “not available”. Does this indicate a problem/lost application or is this likely bc of backlog? Busy signal when I try call
@TravelGov Sent in passport application early February. My check was processed on February 15 but the online status is showing start date of March 4. We paid for expedited. Does the 5-7 week timeframe start on February 15 or March 4? Traveling end of April.
@TravelGov I applied on 1/28, have an application ID but can't get the status of the application ANYWHERE-- 3 hour+ hold times @ 877-487-2778 and a broken MyTravelGov website... what are my options at this point?!
@TravelGov You need to do a retrain of your current employees too not to be so mean I did call center life 10+years and wow the rudest folks ever. Clean out upper management.
