hate to do this but time to air it out. @stockx I have to complain about you. I contacted you recently about two of my orders being received as empty boxes by you all. I have provided below what you have received and what I sent off. In this thread I will go into our case
I was told to provide a drop off receipt, and this receipt here is what I provided. this is a minor error on my end, by not asking to rescan the packages to show the correct weight on my receipt, I still believe I am not at fault. I packed shoes and got the drop off receipt
I was told that: "With the drop-off receipt you have kindly provided, our team has noticed inconsistencies with the information reflected and we are unable to proceed with the investigation at this time." Okay cool, I went to the UPS Store to get help from them
I was able to get two pictures of the manifest that my shoes had been picked up. But their screens show 0lbs Manual Weight on the pick up. I provided these to stockx as well. At the end of everything, I am still told that I am not able to be helped as there are inconsistencies
What else am I supposed to do? I packed the shoes correctly, got the drop off receipt, and all because of one little mistake, you are not helping out one of your sellers. I will probably not sell on this app anymore, as this is a bad sign for sellers
unless something else is done in the future. Stockx will not start the investigation because the drop off receipt has 0 lbs on the receipt. They believe I sent off an empty box, when I did not. UPS stores tend to scan boxes off the scale when there are a lot of packages incoming
I should not be at fault as I have done my due diligence in providing, the drop off receipt, pictures of shoes before packing up, and got the pick up manifest from the store. @stockx you are a shitty company who does not have the backs of its sellers and
@stockx, and wont take fault for the actions of the carrier. Oh by the way, I can't contact UPS as they told me, it is a return service by a different account number than yours, and we are not allowed to initiate an investigation unless done so by the original account
