WITNESS LIST: The legal team for #GabbyPetito’s family have released the list of witnesses they intend to call in the civil trial against #BrianLaundrie’s parents and attorney in May. The list includes FBI agents, detectives in NY & FL, reporters, AT&T, attorneys, and more.

JUST IN: The Laundries have filed a proposal of settlement in the civil lawsuit filed against them in the #GabbyPetito case. The terms of the proposal are unknown. This comes after the first attempt to settle, which came from attorney Steve Bertolino.

The man accused of abducting #CharlotteSena has been arraigned in Milton Town Court on kidnapping charges. Craig Ross Jr., 46, is currently held at the Saratoga County Jail. His mug shot has been posted.

On our earlier livestream, I read out a lot of details reported by the Times Union. They cited “multiple law enforcement sources.” Much of that info was inaccurate due to a misidentified suspect. The Times Union has noted it online. The real suspect’s name is Craig Ross Jr, 47.
