@WSJ Terrible idea! Single family neighborhoods will become overcrowded with cars, neighborhood schools, parks and shopping will be overcrowded. If there is a housing shortage they need to build more new subdivisions and infrastructure to handle it.

@WSJ Its called up-zoning and it has been discussed for 20 years as a way to increase urban density in currently R-2/3 zoned areas which have currently existing single family homes
