When going on road trips, don't listen to Google Maps who usually sends you through the big cities & interstates. Go through small towns & use US & state highways. Google doesn't want us spending money in rural America. Spend money where people need it. #TrumpCountry #RealAmerica
@WendyRogersAZ I love rural America and spend a lot of time in small towns. But you're asking for people to spend money to go there when that's not part of their planned route. In other words, you're asking for people to subsidize rural America. Sounds like socialism to me Senator Rogers.
@WendyRogersAZ No traffic either, everyone is in the hospital dying of Covid. The ICU is full, but the Holiday Inn has killer rates! #TrumpCountry
@WendyRogersAZ Thinking isn't your forte. Google Maps or any other GPS system for that matter, directs u to the fastest route to your destination. If you wish to avoid big cities, just tell the system that you want to have a Sunday cruise through small towns & Trump country. It's that simple
@WendyRogersAZ Support local and rural, bring a paper atlas too.
@WendyRogersAZ If you aren't smart enough to figure out the settings in Google Maps you probably shouldn't be running for office.
@WendyRogersAZ You were a USAF pilot, for Christ's sake. And what, you never heard of "alternate routes?" Try it. And note how by default Google Maps gives you the FASTEST route, because it presumes you want to get to your destination as EFFICIENTLY as possible. There aren't enough palms...
@WendyRogersAZ Or, now hear me out...or, when people are going on long road trips they are trying to get from point A to point B as efficiently as possible, and Google Maps provides that exact service.
@WendyRogersAZ This is moronic. Google Maps sends people the fast route. The individual can select alternate routes if they are so inclined. Heck, they can take all backroads if they plan well. What's it like to be wrong about so much?
@WendyRogersAZ Thanks for helping understand AZ politicians
