@WhipKClark When I retired, I needed to find affordable health insurance for my wife. Obamacare's premium was $7500 per year with a $7500 deductible. I would pay $15000 before Obamacare paid a dime. What a rip off. I got Medishare and the total cost for the year was $4400.

@WhipKClark In 2010 we were spending 1T dollars a year on healthcare now we are spending $1.5T. It is the single biggest Federal Budget item we have. Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, Defense, and Interest on the debt total $4.2T of $4.6T in total revenue. We are at 120.2% debt to gdp.
