Fine day today; just some high thin cloud moves into NS. Teens north; single digits along ATL coast. Rain clips eastern areas Wed, while showers change to light snow NW NB; then spreads southeast Wed night. Clearing & chilly Thursday, then fine thru weekend.

A fine sun-cloud mix for Earth Day; just spotty showers/flurries northern/eastern areas. Nice sunshine Tuesday. Warmer in the south today; warmest in the north Tues. Wed: rain clips E NS while rain-snow mix slides into NB then PEI. Then nice rest of week.

My 15mm was about average from yesterday's rain. Overall a fairly nice last full week April with quite a bit of sun.. Just some afternoon clouds may trigger a spotty shower today. Low teens. A few showers/flurries N NB Mon am move SE to PEI & E NS in aftn in cooler NW wind.

Fine start today. at 6am rain moving into NW NB gradually spreads across NB this am then PEI & W NS this aftn. Rain starts HFX ~5pm then E NS this eve. Atl coast most likely to get 25mm. Rain ends overnight. Mostly sunny start on Sunday; aftn cloudiness & just spotty showers.

Cool start but nice sunshine today, a couple degrees warmer than Thurs with lighter winds. A band of rain into NB Sat am, then PEI & W NS Sat aftn and E NS in the eve (4-5pm HFX). Clearing Sunday. Just brief showers/flurries north on Monday and Fine Tues-Wed. Next rain Thurs?

Clear skies in W Maritimes: some low teens this aftn. Sunshine develops further E, but a north breeze keeps temps in single digits. Lighter winds Friday: cool am but warmer aftn. Rain develops Sat am NB then aftn PEI-W NS & eve E NS (guessing 5-6pm HFX). Clears Sunday.

50 model outlook to end of April: cooler NW flow with showers more likely east today. Fine Thurs; warming up by Fri aftn. A band of rain develops Sat & pulls out Sunday with a nice fine stretch. Possible rain event next Thurs; some models stall the low for showery end to April.

An area of light rain just clipping the Atl coast NS this am (may just reach downtown HFX), moves to CB this aftn. Otherwise a fine sun-cloud mix and spotty showers today and Tuesday. Similar forecast but a cooler north wind Wednesday.

The total rainfall from the most recent system was more-or-less consistent with the predicted pattern, with heaviest rain along the Atl coast from Halifax then into Victoria County. A smaller peak SW NB. PEI least on average.

Rain & gusty S winds now moved over E NS leaving 26mm in my gauge. Nice sunny breaks in places. Another band rain from Maine moves into SW areas this aftn then crosses region tonight. Sunny breaks & just patchy light precip Sunday. One more rain blob Monday then a fine stretch.

Bands of rain at times heavy moving across the region today & Saturday. Breaks in between, but still showery/drizzle in mild & gusty onshore southerly flow. Heaviest rain along Atlantic coast as well as Vic CB. Partial clearing Sun-Mon: just scattered showers. Sunny Tues-Wed.
