@abhishekrajaram ITO can surely access STT records filed by broker. They'll easily come to know about the transaction. Anyways chances are that the person would be in a loss assuming majority of retail crowd being loss making.

@abhishekrajaram Wrong. They have all data. Some transactions have been codified like remuneration, reimbursement, dividend income, sale of equity, debt etc, buy and sale data of future and options. He is waiting g for big slap from Income Tax.

@abhishekrajaram AIS or TIS is not only source of information with Income tax, You must have observed that most time the information of Interest from Bank and Share transaction shown in AIS and TIS is not correct
