I woke up and did the murph work out 1m 100, 200, 300, 1m in 49:45 and was super proud of myself after throwing up, then I looked it up on line and realized I was suppose to do it with 20lb vest. Wtf?

@aplusk The weighted vest is probably for the two 10-minute mile runs. Those training for special forces tend to add weight to their bodies to increase the difficulty. Short females like myself, had problems making the annual USAF 1 1/2 mile fitness qualification runs in 15 minutes.
